Very Insightful

This audiobook has given me a number of revelations in my understandings of myself and people. It's made me realise how often a person can just go along with the general 'norm' without any real thought given to what they are thinking or believing is right and true. This book tells you about really questioning the truth of things and guides you to draw out cleaner understandings behind what people say or do. What are people's real intentions. The truth is always better known than going along with unclear intentions. This is so valuable.
