The most innovative look into memory improvement in decades.

Times have changed.

With so much information coming at us, you don’t have a lot of time to spend on outdated techniques that require a lot of time to learn and use.

That's why traditional memory books and techniques fail.

1. They offer the same tips taught for decades like loci method, memory palace, and peg system.

2. The tips are complicated and time consuming, so remembering a simple number requires creating a series of images and stories.

3. They are useful for a handful of information like lists, which is great for winning memory championships, but not everyday life.

This book presents a completely new approach to improving memory

Memory does not have to be difficult, and you will learn that it isn’t.

The book will reveal practical tips to remember most any information you come across - names, dates, facts, presentations, directions, lists, instructions, conversations, events, experiences, stories, processes, and a whole lot more.

How will the ability to remember the facts you read, conversations you have, and commitments you make impact your life?

If you have been struggling with poor memory and want an easier way to sharpen it, don’t miss out on the life-changing tips in this book.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

A definite must-read book!! I just love all the principles and techniques the author has described to refine our memory. The book is so relatable, that we often forget people's names, forget things, passwords etc. The author did a fantastic job by describing all the tips to remember them. The techniques to prevent forgetting are so useful specially if you're a student and struggling with learning. Really very helpful! Gained alot of information!!

A WORTH READING BOOK!

Loved this book and I really found the exercises helpful in improving my memory. The stories and examples the author provides inside the book help you understand you should consider doing things differently than you once “thought” to improve your memory.

You’ll learn so much about the brain, psychology and memory that you’ve never even heard of before. Every college or high school student should grab a copy of this - especially the auditory learners. The PDF provides a visual tool to accompany the material which was a great idea. Thank you!

Quality content, but where is the promised downloadable PDF?
I can't find it either on Audible or on Mindlilly. com.
Please, correct this.
Without it, the efficiency of the presented content drops markedly.

This book is all about improving memory, and it's helpful for anyone, no matter their age or job. It compares memory to a muscle, saying the more you use it, the better it gets. The book teaches lots of techniques, like repeating things, taking notes, and using your imagination. There's also a part about believing in your memory ability. The book shows ways to remember stuff using your eyes, like people with super memory do. Not all techniques might work for you, but the ones that do can be really helpful. It's a unique book with practical examples, making memory improvement easy and fun for everyone.

Great book for memory

I have been intrigued with improving my memory for years. I tried memory palace, word association tricks etc and nothing stuck. But this book rises above all those methods for effectively improving your memory for ever, not just for the hour you need it. Obvious but brilliantly taught, this book is a must for anyone preparing for a presentation at work or wanting to have better conversations. Highly recommended.

The best memory book!
