Gives perspective of a person with Bi-polar

Crossover gives good insights into the perspective of someone with bi-polar disorder - his particular experience in his manic episodes helps me better understand others in my life who suffer from bi-polar. There is a lot in the book about his “regular” life, and that helps to show that he is not only the victim of this disease.
