Stella

Andre Ferraro is everything I despise—arrogant, ruthless, and far too handsome for his own good.

I'd rather marry anyone else in the world, but my sick mother needs hope, my family needs the Ferraro fortune, and my brother needs allies to seek vengeance for my brother's and father's deaths.

There's no way for me to get out of this marriage to Andre unless I want to put the burden on my younger sister.

The crazy thing is, I don't want Andre, but I don't want anyone else to have him either.

Andre

Stella Rovina has been my obsession since the moment I laid eyes on her, and now, she's going to be my wife.

When she offers me the deal of a lifetime—fake love for her grieving mother in exchange for one unforgettable night—I can't resist.

One night will never be enough for me, though.

I don't want just her body; I want her heart, her soul, her to be mine forever.

But I'm hiding a secret that could shatter her world.

If she uncovers the truth, our marriage won't just end—it'll burn everything to the ground.

I really enjoyed this book. I disagree with other reviews mentioning Stella being overly bossy. I thought she was written exactly as she should have been, especially given what she had been through. Her character was blunt, but she didn’t rule Andre at all. He however disrespect her triggers and that was so refreshing. It’s interesting that Creed, Andre, & Tristan are all so appreciative of women’s boundaries, particularly given how sadistic their fathers (who are all brothers) were. The author did great in writing about their mothers having morals & dying bcz of them, thus contributing to these cousins decidedly not taking on the sadistic traits of their fathers. Anyway, I enjoyed these 2 characters and I found Stella to be reasonable once the facts & truth were presented. She was able to be honest with herself about her father & older brother & their evil ways. I purchased the audio book and as with book 1, I really enjoyed the female narrator & struggled with the male as he sounded much older than the age depicted of Andre. I still recommend.
