At times went off track

Some good ideas, however drifting into spirituality doesn’t really fit with the message of the book. Seemed rather critical at times too.

Straight To The Point With No Nonsense Explanations

Very useful information. Something that every shy or fear of public speaking person should have and use. Great for preparing for any speaking engagement or responding to customers. Highly Recommend!

This author had a lot of real world advice that i could apply in my own life. I plan to go back to parts of this book and review his advice.

Practical solutions and the voice is pleasant to listen to. My attention is very short and this book grabbed my attention. I recommend this book for those trying to improve their communication and sales skills.
