However, he also found that employees play a major role in creating the right culture and should not put the burden solely on management. Through nine fictional stories, inspired by true events, he explains the model for building a culture of innovation.

Finally, he explains how to build trust in a team and why we tend to skip between politically correct arguments directly to destructive, personal, and emotional conflicts, avoiding the constructive conflict in the middle.
