this book is huge for the world of education. even if you plan to stay in the classroom your whole life this perfect!

Culture is Everything!

The content of the book was excellent! Many of the points reinforced the things we are missing in our buildings or why people react the way they do. My only qualm is the speed of reading. I had to turn the speed up to at least 1.5 to stay engaged because of the slow pace of reading.
