This book was so good that I had barely gotten through the first two chapters when I stopped procrastinating on my exercise routine by understanding that I don't need to be "in the right mood" to get started, that getting started creates the right mood.

This book is outlined rather well and serves up easy to follow instructions. The explanations may seem a bit long and drawn out at times but there is a reason. To change ingrained habits you must first understand the why and how to make (and stick to) the changes you desire. The author makes it a point to have their readers realize that making major life changes takes time and persistence.

Excellent! Steps to overcoming procrastination that actually is working for me. This Audible could have been much better edited. There's quite a bit of repetition just where you want it the least.
