Unknown monsters, bizarre curses, and lovers are forced to against each other. Wolf forms that are nowhere to be found. I pray to the moon to grant me peace and safe. But after a series of strange events, I begin to question my faith.
The terrible monster took my father’s life in the holy Moon Square and with it the most powerful chief of the nine packs. I was also cursed, so everyone considered me as a symbol of bad luck and war. The throne pushed away my most loyal friend, and even my beloved one stood against me.
However, fate brought the destined lover to my side. Two cursed individuals, one towards peace, one towards war. Our futures are matching yet colliding, the road to future is misted.
I declare war on the darkness with my sizzling life, love and faith will allow us to rebuild our home.

The central relationship in this story is complicated by a mysterious curse that begins affecting the pack. Suddenly wolves who once trusted each other are questioning their loyalties, and the characters are forced to make decisions that could either save or destroy the pack.
What I liked about this book is how it blends the romance with a bigger supernatural mystery. The curse slowly unravels secrets about the pack’s past, and the deeper the characters dig into it, the more dangerous the situation becomes.
The romantic tension here is strong because even though the couple clearly cares about each other, circumstances force them into conflict. Those moments where they are torn between duty and love made the story really emotional.
Listening to this one on Audible made the darker atmosphere even better. The narrator did a great job capturing the suspense and the growing danger surrounding the curse.
I would definitely recommend this book and series and can’t wait to start on the next book. If you want to know what happens next, you’ll just have to read this series yourself ~ you won’t regret it.
