In a kingdom ruled by vampires, human lives are nothing but a cruel harvest, where blood flows to feed the vampiric overlords. Among them is Oskar, a fiendish prince who takes what he wants—and he wants Adeline, a human captive whose defiance burns as fiercely as her beauty. Adeline’s fate carries consequences that could unravel the world itself.

The fragile order between humans and vampires cannot last, and rebellion thrusts unlikely heroes into the chaos of war. Shanda, a mayor’s daughter, is forced to lead a militia against the fiends that enslaved her people.

When the war gives way to apocalypse, demons rise and kingdoms fall. With humanity on the brink of annihilation, survivors fight to endure in a land consumed by darkness.

This complete trilogy gathers the full saga of Dark Kingdom, a dark fantasy romance filled with forbidden love, brutal bargains, and the fight for survival in a dying world.

This author is disgusting! I was out of credits and wanted a book that was included in my subscription. I was getting into the story a little despite the robotic narrator (which was not as bad as I’d expected but definitely not good) and for no reason at all this disgusting author randomly inserts something in the storyline about how incest is good and one of the characters had the hots for his nephew! It had zero to do with the storyline and you can tell the author was just sticking it in there to promote the idea that incest isn’t bad or something to that effect?! There are sick, demented people in this world, and I am now concerned about this individual!

INCEST?? Decent enough but don’t waste your time. The author randomly inserts a nod to incest being a good thing!
