Leaves you wanting more

Excellent listen - oddly enough my first Dean Koontz book. Dean is an amazing writer, but I found myself wishing there was a bit more to this universe. It was a very short book and I wish that Dawson's character was better utilized after he discovered his potential.

Regardless, a great listen.

Good old fashioned scares!

That was a lot of fun. Like a great haunted house, it starts with a good scare and throws additional ones in at regular intervals.

A scary story even if a dit dated

Bad people attacked by Voodoo. then good people attacked by Voodoo. The gates of Hell unleash creatures out of your worst nightmare. A good listen!

this book grips you!

I love Dean koontz and I’ve been binging all of his books for months. I like them all but I LOVED this one.

Good stuff

it was good. creepy at times. Kept my attention. I've always liked his books. Must read
