Terry is the pillar of Fantasy

This was just another wonderful story that Terry has shared with us and so beautifully put together. I’ve been a huge fan of all his novels and I thank him for this gift of a wonderful story with a strong female character that I can share with my daughters when they reach an appropriate age. I purchased the audio book versions of daughter of light and darkness and enjoyed it on the long car rides to and from work. I also have the hardcover (being a die hard fan) that hopefully one day I can get lucky enough to get signed by him. I enjoyed all the elements of this story I want to keep this review spoiler free and I will say he never stops using his wicked ability to pull at your heart strings. All the supporting characters draw you in and you want more from them and you always end up getting attached. Sadly there will always be a weapons master that you will always curse having to see their story end. Terry is a master at describing the scene around, the internal conflicts of a character and even the way the look to others with such vivid account that you feel drawn into it and are along for the full journey. I’m selfish in the fact that I wish he can put out another 100 plus novels in the little time we on this planet and I can only wish that my own writing can be as creative and carved into the genre as he has. Worth every penny! Very highly recommended to all my friends and all avid readers of fantasy!

Another winner!

If you like Terry’s writing, you will love this! It takes you on a journey that you would never have gone if in physical form. I love the way Terry writes and he such a down to earth writer. I bought a full set of his books and his daughter in law was the cashier at the bookstore. We explained the set was for our son’s birthday present. She took the set home and Terry wrote a dedication in every book! Such a kind man!

No one like Terry Brooks

I have been reading and listening to the works of Terry Brooks since the early 80’s. I have read other authors but always gravitate back to Terry. He satisfies my need for Fiction Fantasy. The stories are so enthralling.
