Awful Narrator

I love Jennifer Armentrout’s books and have read the Covenant series before. I was busy with chores so thought I would finish it on audible. I could not get through the first chapter. The narration is AWFUL. So whiny, breathy and weak. The accents are also bad. Totally had to stop listening. I went back to the actual book that is a 5 star!!! I’m bummed I wasted my money on the audible version.

Torn between 2 lovers, one good, one bad.... isn't that the classic teen love drama...just throw in a few Gods, half/pure bloods, fate and destiny.... you've got yourself a fairy tale...
That ending tho....now, it gets interesting...

I actually love the narrating of this audible book and love the story . I wasn’t expecting too but I’m totally obsessed.

Love the blend of mythology and fiction

Definitely not a perfect story but I really enjoyed how the author twisted mythology into her own work. Very creative.

Maybe closer to 3.75 stars

This one was very good as well. I did get a little ‘come on with it already’ at some points but the pacing was still pretty good. Good main characters. Sympathy for the bad guy. It’s all there.
