This was a lot better than I expected. I loved the consent in this story. The narration was excellent, both readers did a fantastic job. Highly recommended for fans of consent nonconsent daddy kink fiction.

New author for me but have been wanting her books for a while now 😈. Dark Jasmine/Jafar?!? Yes please! You know we all wondered during the seduction/dom scene, and that kiss 🥵 Yup, this was hot af and fascinating with the world Katee has created with other familiar characters.

Wonderfully surprising erotica with a BDSM portrayed an an ethical way. It is truly hard to write BDSM works that play with some of the dark fantasy that turn the human spicy on and still emphasize a need for consent and modern ethics. this book blends these ideas in interesting ways.

For eroica this is top tier, but in the larger scene of books the charters could use more depth,

I also highly recommend this book for books clubs, there are many topics that can be sun off into interesting conversations.

Someone in the reviews mentioned the voice actors and they definitely did not over exaggerate. It's bad. The story itself is about what I expected although I would have loved more of a resolution or even an afterword.

Katee Robert’s writing and storytelling has significantly improved since this book, thank goodness. It didn’t even read like it was from the same author.
I felt like I had missed a huge chunk of background with the way the book started and the plot was weak and scattered. I also could NOT stand the male narrator’s voice. This one took a lot of effort to get through.
