To keep it simple. This book keep me wanting more! Can’t wait to start the second one.

Great introduction into Ya Fantasy!

I do normally cut my teeth on some books that are a bit larger more complex and complicated, so I’m not picking up many Ya books these days! That being said I think that this story was interesting I loved the Dragon Ball inspiration expressing itself in the magic system! I do think I could have seen a couple slight plot holes getting the story going, and some of the characters still have yet to really express their individuality! But I think especially for a younger audience or even if you have love for some younger oriented stories like the original Dragon Ball, I think you will find this a fun and enjoyable read!

First audiobook I've listened to.

The beginning was a bit slow for me, but I couldn't stop listening when they got to school. One of the better books I've had lately. I'm very excited for the next one. Thank you TikTok for getting me to this book!
