Love a mystery from an unusual source

I enjoyed this book and how the mystery unfolded. I enjoyed all the references to a mixed immigrant community and how their stories intertwined.

Amazing!

I love cozy mysteries, and this one sounded good so I got it. It’s not just good, it’s great! The story was engaging and I kept guessing the entire time, but the author got me in the end. The narrator was also a delight to listen to. I’m looking forward to the next book.

Fresh, Diverse Take on the Cozy Mystery”

I loved the diverse, multicultural cast and found the world very believable. The narrator’s soothing voice and credible accents added to the experience. Unfortunately, the story moved so slowly that by the time things finally happened in the last hour, I was more bored than satisfied.

This was wonderful and refreshing!
