On paper I have it all. Wealth, security, and a collection of vehicles that spark envy, even amongst LA’s rich and famous. Money is all I ever wanted, but now that I have it in spades, I’m restless.

For the first time in my life, I want things cash can’t procure. I want a real relationship. Beauty and brains. A salacious little minx who isn’t afraid to call me out. My equal, in and out of the bedroom.

The problem is I have no clue where to find a woman like that.

Imagine my luck when I come upon a curvy, gorgeous maiden in distress, stranded on the side of I-10 like a mirage fashioned from my deepest desires. It’s fate. Kismet.

Only she isn’t impressed. Not by my money, my power, or my ability to make all her dreams come true. Hell, she won’t even accept my ride without an argument. But I’m not giving up. She doesn’t know who she’s dealing with, and I’m not afraid to play dirty.

Loved this one! Jude is...I don’t know whether to call him amazing and determined Or sexy and desirable! That suit look!!! H-O-T! Maybe I should go with both!? He is just an amazingly wonderful guy and I can’t say enough how I loved so much about him! His Job is so different! Rachel and her Iron Maiden...that’s what starts this all! I enjoyed her job as well...so different. She has great determination. I love how the relationship between these two develops! She doesn’t want his assistance and he is determined to give it!

Loved the sweet adds of Aubrey and Chance. They are fun and add delight to the story! Also a nod to the 3UG and Cora Bentley crossover. I loved seeing her used like she was in this book.

Overall there are many laugh out loud, sexy and serious moments. I enjoyed them all! But that letter that was written to the advice columnist??? My heart just about melted and goosebumps arrived! I did listen to this on audio. Felicity Munroe and Teddy Hamilton did an outstanding job. I could listen to this over and over!

I could listen to this over and over!!

Dirty Dealer was an entertaining Pretty Woman style romance with Jude and Rachel! Jude was a take charge man that was used to getting what he wanted until he met Rachel. I felt for Rachel, she had crappy roommates (they seriously needed drop kicked), a crappy ex and was starting her life over in LA completely broke. With her past it was understandable how jumpy she was about trust but she jumped to conclusions a whole heck of a lot … it made me feel annoyed and bad for Jude having to chase after her constantly. I love that characters I have meet from 3UG showed up in this story, it felt like getting glimpses of old friends again!

Teddy Hamilton has always been an automatic listen for me, his voice is one of my favorites but holy crap this one might top all his others because of his accent for one of Jude’s friends!

Teddy Hamilton is my-instant-buy-guy, but the Hero Club books, for me, can be hit or miss. This one? A hit. It was fun and had the spirit of "Cocky Bastard."This was the first Kacey Shea book - it won't be the last. This was my second Felicity Munroe narrated book. I like her male voice and enjoyed her narration overall.

both narrators did a well job presenting the story. I did like the story but I'm the type of person that Love's a little bit more "meat" in the sex seems. Overall tho a good listen

This book is awesome! I loved everything about it, from Kacey Shea’s fabulous writing style to the characters and story she created to the perfectly casted narrators who brought it all to life. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it captive straight to the end. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. I adored the two leads, Jude and Rachel, Jude is the perfect hero, a bit cocky at first but he has a good heart underneath that cockiness and it shows as he goes above and beyond to win Rachel over. Rachel a makeup artist and L.A transplant, she is working small gigs to make ends meet, hoping for to land a better job working in a Hollywood studio, a makeup artist to the stars. She shares a small apartment with three roommates, a couple of them are mean girls. Heading to a job in Hollywood her old Buick, which she named the Iron Maiden breaks down on the freeway. Jude happened to be stuck in traffic on that freeway and when he sees her standing on the side of the road he is completely taken by her. He had to stop to help her, Rachel is hesitant at first but does accept his help and a ride to the work. Rachel is not like any of the women he met before, she does not fall for his charm, his looks or his money and he likes that about her. He is determined to get her to like him and comes up with a plan to keep her close. I just love how everything plays out in this book, the story is cleverly plotted and there is never a dull moment. There is plenty of drama, some humor, a touch of angst, lot of heartfelt emotions and an awesome slow burn romance. There are some great secondary characters in this book as well, including Walter, loved the mention of Three Ugly Guys and Trent Donovan’s cameo appearance. Kacey Shea, thank you for another awesome book, it is impressively entertaining and enjoyable and I loved every moment of it. Final comment, Hey Jude! Yep, I had to say it.

Teddy Hamilton and Felicity Munroe are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They bring the characters to life, giving each their own voice and personality. Their portrayal of the characters is perfection, Teddy Hamilton truly grasped Jude’s persona, he sounded just as I pictured him to sound, pulled off his cockiness with ease but allowed you to see his other side as well, his heart. Felicity Munroe’s Rachel was perfection, she too sounded as I pictured she would sound. You could hear how much heart each put into their work as they captured the characters emotions and projected them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen🎧
