Great!

I love a betrayal/ groveling book and this one is good. The FMC is so not a doormat and really gets a bit of revenge in there. So, 4 stars only because I guess I wanted just a little more meat in the story.

I loved this audiobook! The first quarter of this book was a rollercoaster. I truly had no idea what was coming and it didn’t disappoint. If you like groveling, this is for you ;)

And, Lexy Dalton was the perfect narrator for this! She was so animated and her different voices for each character were perfect. Definitely listen to this one!

Disappointed

I don’t like leaving a negative review so I’ll keep it short. There is a story but it lacked depth, growth and substance. Narration of the characters didn’t align. Not worth a credit.

Great Book! Poor Narration!

I love the kindle book. I usually buy the kindle book and the audiobook. This is the first time I couldn't stand the narration so much I actually turned it off and turned on my assistive reader. I am not crazy about the assistive reader and only use it when there's not an available audiobook. I think Virtual Voice would have been an improvement over this.

Not what I expected.

I really thought this was going to be one of those misunderstandings that most stories are based. No this was about a cruel man that took advantage of a naive young woman. He had no remorse. He was a narcissist. He cheated on his wife for the 2 years he was married to her and called it a job. There is no groveling that could erase that. Once a cheat always a cheat.
