Nikki didn't want to be at the stupid Devil's Beasts MC clubhouse.

Growing up with a mother who had a revolving door of men or clients, she wasn't into the party mood. However, she was not going to let her best friend down. She was there in case her friend needed a ride. That was the day she met him.

Hawk loved women. He enjoyed many a variety and was not the settling-down type. When a young brunette walked into his domain, he knew he should have steered clear. He couldn't get her out of his head. She was not like any other woman.

Nikki didn't try to flirt with him or gain his attention. She treated him like a man, or at times, like a pain in the ass. It was refreshing. An odd kind of friendship was born.

But then the letters started. Someone was out to hurt Nikki. Was it a joke? Was it serious? Was it a mistake?
