Cried at my airport terminal

Cate knows how to write a story!!!! A gruff man who is only soft for his lady????? Sign me tf up every time.

Great book

Love this story, it’s a great book and a great series. The female narrator is good. The guy sounds like a bull dog or something tho, always huffing and puffing weird, and he does terrible voices for the girls parts. Wish they’d re-record w someone else for the MMC. Good enough for it being free w the audible subscription for now tho. He’s not so bad you can’t get through the book.

Good Start

to the series, I did enjoy the story and the whole premise but I do feel like we needed a little more to the back story with the parents. the narration was ok though the Macie's male voice could use a little help. overall it was an enjoyable listen.

Good Story

Very good story. The only little bit that I didn't particularly enjoy was Kayla's sexual inexperience. That sort of ruined it for me.

Otherwise, I enjoyed Charge and Kayla's story. Harper was a nice twist, though there was a question I had which may be answered in later books, but Harper says something about "Didn't Heavy tell you.." but they never go back to it...

But overall, great read.
