This is a short audiobook but I found it to be an excellent insight into the issues and emotions that we face in our daily lives. I've always avoided the idea of an "inner child" affecting who I am today, however, a number of issues have led me to explore this, and I think Shakti Gawain's book is a practical, down to earth look at what might be governing the decisions and action we take. At only 45mins it is worth taking the time to listen to.

Shakti Gawain is classic!

The first spirituality book I ever read was about creative visualization, written by Shakti Gawain. I could always find a parking spot.
this was short. to the point, and her meditation was relaxing. I will definitely be listening to it again. My inner child just cried. I'm glad I got this book!
