I enjoyed reading the book and there is a lot of information. There are activations in this book based on the author's experience.

So much great information in one book.

An extensive guide for seekers. The narrator is perfect. I have many books on ancient teachings. Thisis a fantastic compendium of many esoteric teachings.

I don’t think the author has any direct experience

It sounds like she has read several spiritual books and trying to repeat it here.
My suggestion is to avoid this book.
Spiritually should be taught by people with direct experience.
