Worth every minute and worth every penny

I can appreciate the other people who wrote reviews but I have to disagree with the majority.

The performance of this book I think was good. I won’t say it’s the best ever(but that’s because Mr and Mrs Tennant spoiled me), but I could clearly tell who was talking and when it switched. In the beginning I think it was a little difficult but I think that’s true for every book. It always takes a little bit of time to find the voices for the characters.

I could clearly hear the different main characters and their inflections. The pitch didn’t change much but I’m not going to hold that against her. It would be hard to do a bunch of male voices, just like it’s hard for male readers to do female voices and not giggle when male readers try to do a falsetto.

The subtle changes in cadence and tone, which I think is much more difficult, made it clear and distinct who was talking and how they were talking.

The story is engaging and thrilling.

If you like doctor who, if you don’t mind a bit of zombie and war scenes, you’ll like this book. Please don’t let the poor reviews prevent you from getting this book. I did for a year, and that’s why I’m writing this review.

I hope you enjoy the book as much as I do.

Great story. Narration a little hard to understand

The narration of the tentrama characters is a bit hard to decipher at times. Worth the effort though.

Mandip narration!

I have the physical copy as well as the audio and I have to say the audio version is so worth it because Mandip narrates. The first five minutes is basically her talking about how gorgeous Yaz is, which I find amusing.

Real battles from our history

Dr. has fought for us here on earth but this fight between the Huns & the Roman's really happened. How cool is that?

Excellent narration.

Did not like that the horse dies. Have to say that first. I loved finding a book narrated by the actor who plays one of the characters in the story. Miss Gill did an excellent job. I hope you have her do more narration in the future.
