Great in every way!

Absolutely loved the flow and storytelling structure of this book. Details so much about Dorian I didn’t know. It was also a very cool bonus to have him actually read/narrate the book with bonus material after every chapter! Highly recommend this title to any bodybuilding fan or enthusiast!

Excellent book read by Dorian Yates, with a authors aid. Definitely worth a listen the audio was excellent. Talks about English/ European gym culture, his life, bodybuilding, his faults and experiences, even steroids/ gear usage and culture.
