Loved this sweet story!

This was a great read by a new to me author so I am glad to have found a new author to follow. Hope to read more like this one.

i get audio books to listen to as I drive distances to keep me attentive to my surroundings by keeping me nice and awake. this audiobook I could not stop! i listen while baking, putting on makeup, pulling weeds etc....

More a story of growth and transformation

I really loved this story. It is more of personal growth and transformation and friendships than of romance. It is super sweet as the characters learn how to live after hardship. Also a dive into depression and how people deal with it. Narrator did an excellent job.

If she said “Lewis Capaldi” one more time.. 🙄

Cute story. Slow paced at times so I found myself getting distracted. I should’ve counted how many times she said “Lewis Capaldi” because it became deeply annoying.

Likable characters and more sad/drama than hoped

Narration quality was good, but for a book with most characters being Scottish, it would have been nice to have a correct accent. This story does deliver a happy ending, at the b
very end. the people are all likable but this was really more a story about people working through problems than I was looking for in what appeared to be a very light hearted story. Wanted to love it, but just didn't.
