Doesnt hold interest

Liked the idea of the tapping technique. But the reading was slow and monotone. Some of the "visuals" are hard to visualize and does need the book for photo reference. The explanation wasnt clear either. Not sure if it was due to the slow boring narration or if it was just not written well.
Either way Skip this and find something else on the subject of tapping.
