captivating story

it has a slow start, and the reading seems very halting and pieces to get her in the first few chapters. after that though it all improves. who doesn't love a good fantasy novel?

decent first novel

Slow Start. Strong follow through. Enjoyable banter and character development. Will continue with the series.

Narrator was great

The story was really an exchange of dialogue between several characters. It wasn’t a lot of lore building for a D&D novel, but it was a fun romp.

What an awesome frolicking journey with great characters and settings! The narrator was spot on as well!

Great story

It's wonderful to relive these books after decades of absence. I read all of these books and many others while I was in high school and this brings back fantastic memories.
