very good book

very good book, some very moving meditation. It gets in to your head and soul. if you want to get to know yourself from the inside out this book is a must read. If you are tired of your past holding you back from your future this is the book. I will listen to it again.

I think there should a clear reference to sections you should read multiple times and ones that require work.
