Simply Superb!

Jane Austen never disappoints of course, and of course this is one of my favorites, right upp there with... Well... Basically everything she ever wrote so never mind about that comment. But this production is amazing! The charm, the delightful story, the amazing actors, the writing, the everything, it's great. If you are in doubt, don't be. These were some of the best six hours of my life! Thank you Audible and to Ms. Austen as ever. I

A delightful rendition

With Emma Thompson as the narrator, this is indeed a very fine standard of performance.
My only preference would be for an unabridged version, but of course that cannot be done whenever a book has been transformed essentially into a play.

Jane Austen would approve!

I enjoyed this immensely. Obviously every work by jane Austen is AMAZING, and this adaptation was incredibly enjoyable - especially EMMA THOMPSON.

Can't wait to listen again and again and again!

Hilarious , brilliant and surprising. Do no expect any lack of Jane Austin's common slights towards societies foolishness
