Spiritual reflection

Great book and good intentions, I just could not get past the narrator, excessive saliva noise and this weird whisper-y asmr like voice, although some may find her soothing. I kept getting distracted due to the narrator causing irritation while trying to focus on the topic.

If I could give more stars I would. I particularly loved the narration of Kathryn O'Rooney. Her voice has such a soothing effect. I just love everything about this devotional.

Humility and boldness...

Humility and boldness usually don't go together in a sentence...but when they do, WOW! I have been into the writings of Lysa TerKeurst for some time. Now I am a loyal fan. The additional Proverbs 31 contributors to this wonderful piece of work are as humble, intelligent and insightful as Lysa. Hats off to these women for sharing the raw parts of their lives while turning to God, each and every step, to grow and nurture their Christian faith . If you are not a believer, careful with this one! It has a every chance of making you a one. I will listen to again and again. Great to put on at night while you rest your mind.
