Eli Loveless and Violet Tulane never did learn to coexist peacefully. From the first day of kindergarten until high school graduation, they argued, fought, and competed over anything and everything. They only managed to stop when Eli left their small town, and Violet heaved a sigh of relief.

Now he’s back, infuriating as ever, running the kitchen at the high-end wedding venue where Violet works, and competing with her for a life-changing bonus. Oh, and in his ten years of absence, Eli has gotten stupidly hot, considerably more charming, and truly excellent at cooking… but the one thing that hasn’t changed? The way he can push Violet’s buttons. All her buttons, in all sorts of irritating, sexy ways.

Turns out you don’t need to like someone to bang them like a screen door. The rivals-turned-coworkers-turned-bedmates strike up an agreement: no dating, no getting along, just sex. Toe-curling, neighbor-waking, mobile-home-shaking sex. What could go wrong? They don’t even like each other—there’s no way they’ll fall in love.

Enemies With Benefits is the first book in the Loveless Brothers series, and can be listened to as a total standalone. It's for fans of high-heat, low-angst romantic comedies and anyone who enjoys a rivals-to-lovers story. This book also has tons of sibling banter, a workplace romance that smolders, and a small town with tons of charm and quirk. It's steamy, hilarious, and of course it's got a guaranteed HEA. (And yes, it bangs.)

This book is genuinely just about two friends with benefits it gets boring, but if you want a quick romance read it’s an okay choice

Fun read! I enjoyed both Eli and Violet on their own but we also got the added enjoyment of Eli's family in their story. Eli has 4 brothers and one of them has a 6 year old little girl. Let me tell you that little girl almost stole the show. I also highly recommend the audiobook version. The narrators did such a great job with these characters. It's an easy and fun listen to a great book.

Fun banter!!

This is the first of the stories about the Loveless brothers and I loved it! I loved the banter between Eli and Violet! I loved the steamy scenes! I loved how the Loveless family interact.
Eli and Violet as well as the secondary characters were brought to life by these narrators! I can’t wait for the next one in the series!

This was a fun read with a slow burn. Pretty light hearted, and fun banter that had me smiling and giggling here and there. Sexy scenes were spicy, and a good HEA. Narrators were both great; although Tor's female voice isn't my favorite, it doesn't kill the book for me.

Fun and light read
