New start

I was hooked from the very beginning! The narrators were absolutely perfect for this story—they brought so much emotion, chemistry, and personality to the characters that I couldn’t stop listening. When her mom cuts her off, she turns to her brother’s best friend for help (though he’s hesitant at first). But soon he can’t stop thinking about her, even during the games. By the time he agrees to go with her, it’s clear he’ll always support her—and that she means so much more than the game. A perfect mix of fake dating, banter, and heartfelt romance. Highly recommend both the story and the audio!


The cliffhanger is real on this and I can’t wait to jump into the second book!

Sports Romance PERFECTION!

I absolutely loved this story! Simone and Tim brought Brooke & Miles to life perfectly. I absolutely love the Kodiaks world and cannot wait to dive in to Hard to Take!

Good but unfinished!

I like the characters. However, the storylines are becoming to predictable in the Kodiak series. It's becoming to expensive to keep up with these couples when you need to purchase more 2-3 books per couple. Had to that they are pretty short books.

rushed and not finished

I'm disappointed that it doesn't finish the story and you have to buy book 2 to finish one story. the book just felt all over the place. it rushed into the romance so quickly. the whole thing just felt really rushed.
