Invest in others and take a step to becoming a great leader

What makes leaders stand out above the crowd? It very often has a lot to do with the relationships they build at home, at work, and in their communities. Relational leaders invest in good habits today so they will be successful tomorrow.

Author and ministry coach Boyd Bailey has identified 30 habits that will help you build healthy relationships by promoting a culture of trust, love, and respect with the people you serve. Through practical advice and stories of leaders in action, you will learn how to listen with empathy, lead by example, engage in your community, and so much more.

Grow into a leader people will follow by making these habits your own. Bring the best out of your team and fulfill your purpose as you help others find theirs.

Overall, the content of the book is quite useful and solid. I had to buy the paper copy partway through so I could finish it as the narration was quite bland and unemotional. It made it boring and hard to get through. I am sure I don’t appreciate what it takes to do it well, so I am trying to be fair to the narrator, but it was really hard to deal with. Great book overall though.

Good content, really hard to listen to

No. Just no

Well, there is a fifteen word minimum, so... just a few more words on how weakness, passivity and poor communication from the author, make it hard to read and impossible to turn to for functional advice.

😝
