I can’t say enough about this wonderful book!
The fascinating story of human evolution told through our foremothers starts with a thumb-sized mammal that lived at the same time as the dinosaurs and survived the catastrophe that caused their extinction. The book spans the physical to the cultural modifications.
A big plus is that the author is the reader and her voice is delightful !!
