Leadership. A process whereby a person uses his or her capacity to inspire, spur, and impact others to accomplish an objective and coordinates the organization in a way that makes it more cognizant and firm.

Leadership happens within the setting of a group, it includes affecting others, it is a procedure, and it involves objective achievement and the objectives are shared by leaders and their followers.
