Well written and researched; unexpected plot twists and surprises. A different book from what you would expect. Interesting storyline woven in with thought-provoking questions . Could you see yourself making the choices that Susie makes? Questions raised by the book will stick with you.

Absorbing

I couldn't stop listening the book. I needed to know what was going to happen.

Twists and turns

I enjoyed this audible book because it was well written with good twists and turns. It had me wondering who is telling the story.
Deb, Susie, and Roy have so many connections with so much distance.
I like that ending provided answers allowing the opening for book two.
If you enjoy thrillers- well planned murder and police investigation this is book worth enjoying.

Gripping and very well written

WOW!! You think you have things figured out, and BAM, it keeps taking a hard left. We enjoyed this book and starting the next book in the series tomorrow. Highly recommend.

Slow and steady

A slow pace with only a few surprises. A nice ending but an implausible story from the get go.
