Great except for Cartoon Ruby

Contains spoilers in the last paragraph.

The story is good. I really liked it. It held my attention and didn't drive me crazy with extra internal dialog, which happens to me a lot since I'm very impatient. I liked the characters.

But we need to discuss the elephant in the room. What in the world was up with Ruby's voice?? Did the narrator suck in helium throughout or was she using this book as an audition tape for a kid's cartoon show? I would say this is a good book to read rather than listen to.

And this isn't criticizing the book because that's just how the character is written and I don't have a problem with that, but if Ashton's mom was a real person I'd want to smack her. She supposedly wanted Ash and his father to get along but she squirrels away all the money that his dad sends them and lets Ash think that they live in poverty because his dad's a deadbeat?? Gah!!

great continuation of series

Tracy Lorraine is an excellent author. She has perfected the art of story telling. I ALWAYS become invested in her characters. Ashton and Ruby have their start in the prequel FAZE. I hated Ashton, of course. We learn the story behind Ashton in this book, FURY. I slowly forgave his behavior and my heart broke for him. Ruby was so sweet and their chemistry was hot. I love seeing Rosewood characters throughout the series. Continuing to get to know previous characters is what I love about these books. But part of the story took us away from them and I would love to see Willow get a book!!! She's my favorite new/secondary character in this book. Such a great world Tracy has created.

Rachel Woods and Luke Parker are excellent narrators. They bring these characters to life. The book rolled like movie in my head so it killed me to have to pause the book. Excellent performances!

Entertaining!! Ruby and Ashton story!!

I read this book before reading listening to the audio and my review is below. However, I enjoyed listening to the audio too, the male and female narrator really did an awesome job. The emotions throughout this story are so heartfelt, that it keeps you engaged in this audiobook.

Ashton Fury!!!

After reading Faze, I had to learn more about Ashton...what was making him tick? Why did his aura feel so very dark! What is really the deal between him and Ruby?

Fury gives us the full story! And what a story it is! This is well written, it will leave you feeling empathy towards Ashton. But also ready to knock him out when he deals with Ruby. The drama, the suspense, the little romantic gestures will have you turning the pages to the end!

Ruby's character shows how grown she is even though she is a junior! As usual, the Rosewood gang make their appearances!

Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Action-packed, Page-turner, Romantic, Steamy, Tragic, Twisted, Wonderful characters

I’m addicted. Every story gets better and better. I listened nonstop! Ruby and ash were so cute, I loved them! Not only do you get the bullying concept in this book but you also get a heart felt story that is not cliche. I’m surprised Tracy has managed to change the stories so well when the trope is the same in this series. Anyway I love a good bully romance!!! 5/5⭐️ 4/5🌶

Great series

Although each book can stand alone, its been interesting getting to know each of the couples and the gang staying together to fight for each other. very well written and love the way they are narrated. Rachel and Luke really bring this group of young adults to life. well worth the credit and your time to listen.
