Cute

The story was cute… clean, short and sweet! It was strange hearing a women’s story narrated by a man, but he did a good job. I liked the happy ending and the fact that the whole story was pocket sized!

This is book 2 of the series. It picks up where book 1 left off, but can be read as a stand alone. It is a clean novella, good for a quick read. The story is a bit predictable, still a fun story. Parents are pressuring you to get married. You pair up with someone else also being pressured to marry, and pretend your engaged. One of the mothers pretends being gravely ill, and dying wish is to see the marriage take place before she dies. Meanwhile these two fall in love, and then live HEA. The story is well written and engaging. The characters are interesting and relatable. The narration was well done. I received a free copy of this audiobook, and am voluntarily leaving my review.

A short, clean, sweet regency romance. Neither Thomas nor Olivia want to find matches or get married. Their parents are pressuring them. They decide to fake a relationship so people will leave them be. So does spending so much time together change their minds?
