Iv tried myself a Few times , but fitting time in with your family was important , trying to balance life itself family , other life things that may occur ,while trying to keep focus on your goal , The book allows you align all goals and life things to fit according to your schedule without missing family time or going against your goal . Which is good because some people lose focus on their life ,trying to figure out their life . Also important message “ consistency “ is the key to success in I.F .
