Started following Ben on Facebook simply because it was so refreshing to see videos that cut through the misinformation and were honest, straightforward, and not trying to sell something. The book is every bit as refreshing as his social media content and had me laughing out loud multiple times with his dry humor (if profanity bothers you, you may not like this audiobook). This book made me think about how I want my life to look and what small ways I can make a big impact on my health. I love how Ben lays out the information but puts you in charge of choosing your own destiny.

Great no nonsense approach anchored on science-based facts. The book oozes with logic and compassion while providing actionable paths to progress. I listened to it during my walks and I'm bummed I've now finished it. It has to be read by the author though. I don't think it would resonate as well otherwise.
