As someone of high intensity when it comes to personal finance and financial freedom, I was highly impressed with this book. I'd describe Logan's work as a one-stop-shop for building your own personal finance road map, combining flavors from notable authors such as Robert Kiyosaki and Dave Ramsey, while adding a David Goggins-type of discipline to the mix. The book showcases a well educated author that brings it all together, and his personal experiences shine through with authenticity.

This is an inspiring book with air-tight perspectives that can level up everyone from the beginner to the veteran. It's a "must read" for those looking to take ownership or their financial freedom.

As someone with multiple rentals properties myself, this book helped me to revise my approach to daily effectiveness. Pay close attention to chapter 4: The Scoreboard. I found this chapter, and various perspectives on the velocity of money throughout the book, to be the most valuable.

A+ book. I will be recommending this to everyone who will listen.
