Clever story

Clever story with interesting characters and plot. The narration was excellent. I appreciate that the dialogue was not vulgar which seems to creep into many stories these days.

A perilous return home reveals devastation

The series continues to be enthralling. Jake, the MC, returns to Earth to find the planet ravaged and humanity barely holding on. This trip also unravels some of the mystery as to why Earth became a point of interest, especially in regards to reinvigorating the order of the star blade.

Outstanding Story

This storyline is so good. I’m not getting anything else done but listening to this audiobook. The reason it got a four star overall from me is that it’s frustrating to pay what we have to pay for an audiobook and have it be so short.
I wish these guys would deliver longer than six and a half hours to a book! I understand it makes greater profit for the authors, but it makes it harder for people on Social Security to enjoy. I find most audiobooks are 10 to 12 hours long. So this frustrates me greatly.

Pretty good…

A lot of this book didn’t interest me as much as other books but it fits the genre well. I look forward to the next book.
