As usual with any book from Ashe Moon, I loved it, I was left wanting more when the book was finished. The way the author writes makes you want to delve into the characters and their lives even more, I wish the author would write a sequel to each of the books.

Fast pace but good.

The story progresses fast and is a really good listen to fill the time. This is my first virtual voice reading but it was better than I thought.

Fast pace and virtual voice

I usually avoid virtually voice audio books because the voice annoys me but this wasn’t that bad, just made things confusing at times because I didn’t know who was talking at certain points.
I usually like to listen to shorter stories while I’m at work. I feel like the story was rushed,l and that this could have been a longer story to build up that tension between the two main characters and then some dragged out drama so that their relationship could bloom over at least a few more chapters. I feel like I blinked and I was like “already?? What happened to the drama?” I imagine a candle being lit and the blown out quick like their anger never existed.
However, I loved the story idea, a rich kid vs a poorer kid and of course alpha omega and how they ended up meeting through another proposal.

The end kills the conflict

Without spoiling anything the end comes out of nowhere making majority of all the conflicts in this story useless. Why force one subject while the other subject can produce the same result?
