It expands on characters and story introduced in book one, and while it can be enjoyed as a standalone it’s recommended you read Daddy From Flames first. This book features enemies-to-lovers, in-the-closet and identity themes, an industrial fantasy setting, pregnancy, a human toddler, family moments, friendship and loyalty, a dragon on horseback (and an irritated horse), drama, fun, lots of heat, and, as always, a happily ever after.

I just want another part to this series!!! I just need to know how this whole thing goes like how their relationship grows and their child or children and how they raise them.

Really enjoyed the book. You get used to the virtual voice after a little while. It’s a very sweet book. Great character development.

Always a good read...

I wasn't really up for dragon shifters when I started this series but I am sooo glad I gave it a go!! It's now one of my go-to comfort series collections to read and listen to at work and it seriously gets me through the tough days! The first book takes a bit to get going but once it does, you get swept up into the intertwined lives of all the characters and I just found myself rooting for the happily ever after for every one of them!! These are just great reads! Not a brain drain, not way over the top emotionally destroying, not gory or disjointed at all. Just a really great read!
