In seeking corroboration for a vision about messages from light, Dr. Watson uncovers not just validation, but the strangest phenomena from both ancient sages and modern science that prove we not only receive these messages, but also that we are built to get in harmony with them. Find out what goes on in our bodies, brains, our DNA, and our very thoughts when we receive intuitions and learn ways to access their benevolence.

For the last five years, I've been obsessed with consciousness, and this obsession led to reading about biophotons, microtubules and CNS and theories about our brain as "holographic computer."

This research also led me to this fabulous book. In it, the author goes beyond the question of whether intuition exists, or how to develop one's intuition, to exam where, exactly, intuition comes from. And this is where my interest in consciousness intersected with this book, as the author is "integrating scientific knowledge we have today linking DNA, holograms, wave genetics, the pineal gland, the heart, the gut, our skin, and the neuronal miracle of something called preafference and, of course, spirit guides."

I'm no expert in anything to do with consciousness, but something about this book resonated with me. Perhaps it's because I've always felt that there was something special about light ("let there be light"). I've read it and am about to listen to it again. The author narrates it herself, and she has an assuring voice. If you're at all curious about intuition, consciousness, and, as the author describes it, "woo woo" stuff, you'll love this book.

Intuition, what is it and where does it come from?
