The woman’s voice is extremely condescending

This is the most comprehensive book on Florida Real Estate available on audible. However, some of the questions are blatantly wrong. They ask you to calculate the depreciation of a commercial building and then give you the formula for a residential building.

Some Answers are wrong like Reciprocity

Florida does NOT have reciprocity with any states. What they have is Mutual Recognition with some states. Also, military personals are exempt from any tests if they are licensed in the US.
