Great content, very bad narration.

Third book I’ve read from this author. The content is awesome! However, the narration of this particular book is extremely poor. The narrator… reads two… or three… words… then pauses…through the… ENTIRE BOOK!
It makes it very hard to listen to.
Having said that, you absolutely should look into this diet and philosophy on eating. It works! It’s opened my eyes to many of our poor modern eating choices and changed how I eat forever and I look and feel much better.
Her other audiobooks have fine narration.

It's as if the narrator is puposedely making the book impossible to follow and comprehend.

The books content was excellent but the narration was aweful. I will not listen to another book with this narrator.

Am loving the information

This is my 4th book by Dr Cate!! She is amazing and so spot on with her work
Whoever decides who would narrate this book should be fired immediately
The only reason I am listening to this book is the method works for reversing Type II DM.. but the voice and inflection of this narrator is like a slow skin peeling..
