Get this series!! My husband and I listen to this to lull us off to bed. Sometimes I think it's counterintuitive because we spend so much time discussing various plot lines that we fail to go to sleep, lol!

Another 5 big stars!!!!

What a tangled web. Greed raises its head a murder begins. Land conflict. Old graves and new characters. Great

Excellent

My favourite in the series thus far! Beautifully plotted, completing engrossing, and very well-written. I especially loved how the poisoning attempt played out--very interesting--and all the sub plots were of great interest. I really was paying full attention as two of Ela's older daughters were given many scenes by the author. Neither was likeable but both were completely believable. This was fine writing. The narration was perfect!

A full-souled story! Best of the "forest" thus far
