The Trooper and The Politician

Riley and Matt make an excellent team as they both build each other back up after having gone through some difficult times. As a team they face some extreme political dangers and come out better together. With "retired" spy Cy Davies as her father, you know Riley is ready to face down the enemy.

I listened to this series a little out of order and now kind of kick myself for knowing outcomes of characters before they are introduced. Enter Ania and Deondre who we get to fall in love with alongside our favorite families in Keenston.

Narrator Eric G. Dove is brilliant!

Captivating!

Kathleen Brooks has a powerful, distinct writing style that draws you into her stories and makes you feel as though you are living with her characters. This book is captivating from beginning to end; I couldn't put it down until I finished it! There is a blend of romance & suspense with unforgettable characters you can't help but fall in love with. As usual, Eric G. Dove does an amazing job of narrating.

Awesome Story

I absolutely LOVED this story. I LOVE the new characters introduced. they bring humor and pizzazz to the story.

Liking this narrator so much, I ran across this great series that is thrilling with humor. Eric Dove does a great job narrating this series. I am hooked.
