"To err is human. To forgive is divine" is a quote from the 1711 poem An Essay On Criticism by Alexander Pope.
Humans make mistakes and sin, but forgiveness comes from God and His Son Jesus Christ. When we forgive others, we act in a way that is divine.
In this book, we explore the meaning of forgiveness and how it is possible for humans to experience the healing effect of this divine attribute we know as forgiveness.
Nelson Mandela, the South African leader who led the movement to end Apartheid in the early 1990's once said, "Forgiveness frees the soul, and it ends the fear."
Let's examine together the various aspects of forgiveness together, so that we can become a more forgiving and loving people, It is what the Lord desires for all of us, and with His grace and mercy it is made possible.
